All warranty claims or faulty products must be directed through our After Sales Service Centre.

After Sales Email Address – sales@babytown.com.au (All emails will be answered within 48 hours).

In order to make a claim, you must provide the After Sales Service Centre with:

1. details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;

2. photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;

3. your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase; and

4. any other details we may need to process your claim.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we ship throughout Australia Only.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timeframes take 3-10 days depending on your location.

We are located in NSW, if your shipping address is within NSW it takes 2-3 working days and can take up to 10 working days to locations like Western Australia or Northern Territory.

We will use our best endeavours to meet stated timeframes for delivery, however many factors (some of which are beyond our control) can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.

We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post. All of our items are traceable with tracking numbers.

You are able to track your item on the postal service’s websites that your items have been sent with.
