SHIPPING POLICY

The Babytown Australia offers a nation-wide delivery by either our own drivers or a third-party contractor. We promise to deliver the ordered items as promptly as possible, but we declaim liability for any loss caused by any delivery delays or cancellation of orders. We will deliver the items to the address nominated on the order. All deliveries will require your signature as a proof of delivery. You will be notified of the delivery date as soon as your order has been dispatched, and you should ensure someone is available at the nominated address on the delivery date to receive the goods. If our courier attempts a delivery but there is no one available at the nominate address, re-delivery fees may apply.

Express delivery: NSW 1-2 business days
Other regions: 3-5 business days
Ordinary delivery: NSW/ACT: 2-3 business days
VIC: 3-5 business days
QLD: 4-7 business days
SA/WA/TAS/NT: 5-9 business days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellation: You can cancel your order before your ordered item has been shipped. In that case, you will receive a full refund or an exchange.

You may return an item(s) if it is faulty or damaged during delivery. The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase for full refund.

Items will not be refunded if you had a change of mind or misused the product in any way that would have cause damage or fault to the item(s).

Please ensure the returning item(s) is packed adequately packed so that no further damage can occur. If possible please return the item(s) in the original packaging.

If it is damaged during the returning shipping, the return will not be accepted. Item(s) must be returned via a shipping method that has a tracking number.

** Prior to returning your item(s), what you will need to do:

  1. Contact info@babytown.com.au advising of the fault/damage to the product. Include photos showing the fault/damage.

  2. Wait for further instructions from Babytown Australia.
